PRICING INFORMATION

- Includes travel to Clovis and Portales
- Additional travel fees may apply beyond 40 miles from Clovis
- Military discount applies to the base residential home inspection fee only and does not apply to add-on services, specialty services, or non-residential inspections.
ADD-ON SERVICES
Some of the most expensive issues in a home are hidden from view. Add-on services allow for deeper evaluation of high-risk systems beyond a standard inspection.
🧪 April Special
Save $50 on lead based paint testing when booked with a full home inspection. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint — a fast, non-invasive test that gives you peace of mind before you close. Use code LEAD50 during scheduling. (Valid through 04/30/2026. Service applies to a single room only. Codes cannot be stacked.)
Pay at Closing Option
For qualifying inspections, payment can be deferred until closing. This option is available on bundled services totaling $850 or more, allowing inspection costs to be rolled into the transaction rather than paid upfront.
Termite (WDI) Inspection
Add during scheduling if needed.
If the seller is paying for the termite inspection, select “Add Pest Inspection Billed to Seller” under Additional Info. We will invoice the seller directly — do not add it as a paid add-on if the seller is covering the cost.
AFTER SCHEDULING
You’ll receive a confirmation email with:
- The inspection date, time, and address
- A secure link to sign the inspection agreement (works on smartphone or PC)
- A secure link to submit payment
